  4. Stupendous photo...and no, we won't forget.

My dear Bum Girl, yes it is true, I'm leaving CDP...but I promise to link you up to any other ventures I might undertake.

Please take care of my boyfriend and, above all, your lovely self. Hugs!!!

  8. SALLY - thanks. This cemetery is in the middle of nowhere. You drive along a road that snakes through the bush and there it is!
And still, in the middle of nowhere, were servicemens' graves.

  9. BITINGMIDGE - (cracks me up everytime I see that ie: "bitingmidge").
The feelings and thoughts and memories of ANZAC day are overwhelming - sometimes I just have to "check out" of the day.

  10. GMG - I've been missing in action a bit myself lately!
I'm on my way over to Blogtrotter to have a "squizz".

  11. ISABELLA - I'm not happy.
I don't want you to go!

You've been dropping cryptic clues as to your future whereabouts - unfortunately, I'm not bright enough to work it out!

    So long.
(you better pop up somewhere else, real soon!!)

  12. KRIS - thanks. The frenzy the media outlets get into over ANZAC day, really got to me this year.

  13. RUTH - I love lichen. It always grows in the most interesting places.
And it's so unassuming - it just quietly goes about its business.

  14. RICHARD - yeah, all the eulogizing was a bit too much for me this year.
