All Gummed Up



Aren't they just the most magnificent flower?
At this time of year they are in full bloom all over town.
It's a flowering gum - they come in pinks, reds, oranges and creams.
The bees love them.

    MERISI - it's cold today! Big floods in Queensland and flash flooding in NSW. I think it will only be about 20C today (not really THAT cold, but in comparison to the 40C days we had last month - heaven.)

    ISABELLA - I believe they make gummy bears (otherwise known as Koalas) from gum trees.
