Awww - Ain't That Purdy?

I'm so glad I live around here.
It's just sooooo purdy
(and a little bit skewiff by the look of things).

  4. What is that in the yellow fields? Canola? Pyrethrum?

  9. Kris - it's canola. I've never seen a crop of pyrethrum before. Although after a bit of quick self-education courtesy of google, I see - Botanical Resources Aust in Tasmania produces 45% of the world's pyrethrum. Who'da thought?

  10. The clouds look as though they are so over just hanging there that they could plop down on the ground! Love skew-whiff sheds of rusting corrugated iron. And the canola I recognised but only because another blogger posted a pic last week!

    Good one ...

  11. Julie - ahhh, I see you are knowledgeable about the ways of the skew-whiff.
I wrestled for hours with the double 'f' - it hadn't occurred to me to go with the hyphen!

  12. The double double u even ... now surely that needs a hyphen somewhere!
